Many of our items are imported and can sometimes take longer for shipping. I will always keep you informed about your order. I check the orders myself to make sure it is correct and exactly what you ordered this is where the Customer Service part of our business. Nothing is shipped past me that is not exactly what you ordered and in working condition. We do take returns if they are broken but not just because you changed your mind. Make sure you want what you ordered.
We do offer Express shipping if you would like to upgrade your shipping please contact me and I will charge you accordingly.
We ship all product through USPS.
